GET IT IN WRITING!
It is of paramount importance that any agreements with the sellers, buyers and the agent should be in writing and, if necessary, translated to ensure that there is no misunderstanding. All details of cost estimates and time estimates should be recorded as well as meetings and, where applicable, sent to those who attended the meeting so that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and your expectations. It is also useful to take intermittent photographs of the progress of the negociations not only as an 'official' record but for the family album! |
