Agreements

In Portugal we work with much higher commissions than the Uk, this allows us to split our commission with proactive UK agents. The minimum fee that we would expect to achieve is 5% with many new developments paying up to and around 10%.

At Exclusive Estates we will NEVER sell a property based on the commission available and guarantee to find our clients the most suitable property based on knowing and understanding their requirements. If this means that we earn a lower fee then so be it as the client will always be our priority.
